Biocomposite Materials from Wine Industry By-Products
Exploring sustainable materials, we developed innovative biocomposite materials using by-products from the wine industry. Grape stalks, a residue of wine production, have been successfully tested in new applications, including the production of pellets for domestic heating, flooring, slabs for furniture manufacturing, and newsprint. These applications present promising environmental and economic prospects for the wine industry.
